After downloading switchKeys.io-16.0.1.zip, follow these steps:

Extract the zip file
Unzip switchKeys.io-16.0.1.zip to get prod.keys and title.keys.

Locate your emulator's keys folder
Ryujinx: File → Open Ryujinx Folder → system/
Yuzu/Eden/Suyu: File → Open Emulator Folder → keys/
Android emulators: Internal Storage/Android/data/[package]/files/keys/

Copy the keys files
Place prod.keys and title.keys into the keys folder.

Restart your emulator
Keys are automatically detected on startup. No additional configuration needed.
